Pickup and Disposal Christmas Trees - After New Year
Please note we only pickup from residential addresses in the Adelaide suburbs. Please contact us if it is more than 15km from the city centre. Pickup charges are for picking up the tree off at your address, and does not include taking down or dismantling the tree. We reserve the right to cancel the order if delivery address is too far or too difficult.
Please place the tree on the kerb, or inside the gate, so that it is clearly visible and we don't have to disturb you. You should put your tree out by 7am on the first day after the New Year Day Holiday. We'll collect it within 2-3 days once the route has been planned. Please let us know if there are any gates, dogs or obstacles that make pickup difficult.
When placing the order, please leave your mobile phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues or we have trouble finding the delivery address. Please let us know if it hasn't been collected by the end of the week.

Our aim is to provide the best shipping options. We deliver to customers in several places around the world, using reliable delivery and tracking.
Delivery $8 Worldwide orders under $60, and FREE for orders over $60.
When we receive your order, we verify the order, address and payment. Orders are then sent to the supplier within 24 hours. The supplier then processes the order which can take 2-3 days.
When the items are ready for shipping, the method depends on the destination. International delivery can take between 10-30 business days. US orders can take up to 14 days. Each item includes approximate shipping time during checkout, depending on the destination. A tracking number will be emailed to you with all orders once they leave the warehouse.
